1. Refund Policy
In the event that you purchase a seminar and for whatever reason you can not attend: You may Transfer your registration to anyone else planning on attending. We need to be notified 48hrs in advance. There are NO refunds.
2. Prices
Prices are subject to change and will change at the event becomes closer and closer.
3. Receipt
Upon your paypal checkout, you'll receive a reciept from paypal. We will then also receive your information to place you on the attendee list. If you have not received a email or receipt, it is your obligation to contact us to resolve the problem
4. Using your name / picture in media
By attending the iPower Seminar, you abide by and understand that there will be Video, Pictures and other media in which you may be presented. You grant and allow iPower Seminars to use your information for promotional reasons.
5. Testimonials
iPower Seminars collects testimonials for marketing and promotional reasons. Should you choose to fill out the testimonial request form, your testimonial may or may not be use on websites, vidoes, printed or electronic medias.
6. Liability
During any Seminar, you hold iPower Seminars harmless from any "accident" or personal injury that you may have.
